What do you like most about teaching at Penn State Fayette? Fayette provides smaller class sizes than large research-driven campuses, where graduate students teach many general education courses. As a result, faculty can work closely with students to help them improve their skillsets.
What do you like most about Penn State Fayette students? Fayette students juggling work, school, and often family commitments in order to get a degree that can improve their lives—they're truly inspiring.
What is your favorite class project, and why? I enjoy teaching the research project assignment because it tends to enable students to write with a real-world purpose, like changing the conditions on campus or persuading a supervisor to implement a new work-place policy.
