A/V Services Request Form

Requests for general equipment must be submitted 1 work day prior to use.

Requests for events needing equipment and/or Tech support  in Magerko, Swimmer, The Main Arena, The Auxiliary Gym, The Birds Nest, The Cultural Center or the Student Center need a 3 work days  lead time for equipment set up and personnel scheduling.
